Bartzen + Ball, PLLC is a firm based  in Richmond, VA specializing in educational and institutional projects in the Mid Atlantic region.  The firm was founded by Bernard ‘Tut’ Bartzen and Maynard Ball both of whom came out of larger offices in Washington and Richmond.  Our focus has been to provide high quality architectural and interior design and planning for educational and non-profit clients in campus settings or historic settings.
